Integration with Microsoft Exchange gives users one centralized place to send, receive and manage fax and emails through their Outlook email inbox with seamless integration.
Email provides a flexible medium for delivering formatted documents, notifications of Web-posted documents, messages, warnings, and document final delivery status notifications. Emails may contain information that is dynamically extracted by DeliveryWare Rules Engine from a document or extracted through a database or directory query. Emails with attachments support PDF, HTML, TIFF, or text formats and can be secured with S/MIME.

The Microsoft Exchange integration links the Exchange mail server and Active Directory with desktop faxing and database synchronization features, creating a fully unified fax and email solution.
RightFax Microsoft Exchange Module features include:
- Create, send, receive and manage faxes directly within Microsoft Outlook organize, forward and respond to your faxes exactly the same as email messages.
- Easily generate and send new faxes to one or more contact addresses in an Outlook Contacts folder include both fax recipients and email recipients in the same form.
- Generate custom, automated notifications about sent and received faxes in Outlook.
- Track inbound and outbound faxes with the Exchange Message Tracking Log.

Integrates with: Microsoft Exchange Server 2000, 2003 and 2007. Requires a Windows clients running Microsoft Outlook 2000 or higher.
